4/12/2020 Microsoft Office Smooth Cursor For Mac
I upgraded to Office 2016 and I have to say Word is super slow when it comes to typing. Like it lags behind each word when I type. Update - In version 16.6 smooth typing will come to Office for Mac. I am an unpaid volunteer and do not work for Microsoft. 'Independent Advisors'.

Thank you for the CSS hack, it works for me, but it's only temporary. If you look at these issues and, I don't think you can inject the CSS permanently unless you make your own theme (I don't even know if you can modify the.cursor property like that by theming?)One of the guys from Microsoft said this:Thanks for this PR but we decided to not allow these kinds of modifications to our CSS directly.

Rather, we think that our theming story should be evolved to allow more user configurations. See, and for example. The two main issues with this approach here is:. basically this makes all of our CSS class names API (in the same way all of our themable colors have become API). We do not want to commit ourselves to keeping the CSS class names stable. Rather we should find those styles that we want to make themable and then explicitly announce them as API (same as we did and do for colors).the other issue is that bug reports we receive will be harder to understand if users run with custom CSS changes that we are not aware of.
We think that we should be in control of which user styles can be changed and provide explicit support for instead of opening the door to any CSS changes that are possible with this approachIn one of the issues there was a suggestion to use, which can make it somewhat permanent. However, it involves modifying VS Code core files, requires admin rights, and a reload is needed after every VS Code update. Use at your own risk.If an Extension is not the way to go, maybe it's worth a try to implement it directly in the source code.In the mean time, we have the Chromium Developer Tools method above (temporary) and the method ('semi-permanent').
When Apple announced that its iWork suite would be bundled, free of charge, with new iOS and Mac devices, it seemingly slammed the door on Microsoft’s Office ambitions for the iPad. How could Microsoft bring its pricey Office suite into a world of free (and almost free) apps? The answer: Outdo iWork in both form and function. Apple aims to make Pages, Numbers, and Keynote the most beautiful office software for iPad and other Apple devices. With Office for iPad, Microsoft bids to steal that crown.PowerPoint on the iPad is clean, bold, and easy to use.Microsoft’s Office for iPad is a collection of three apps: Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.
( has been available since 2011, and Microsoft's Lync, Skype, and Yammer are also available.) Users can download each for free from the App Store to an iPad running iOS 7.0 or above. And each of those free apps can be used to view documents that have been created elsewhere. However, to create or edit documents with the Office for iPad apps, you must subscribe to Office 365: either Office 365 Home Premium ($9.99 per month), the upcoming($6.99 per month), or one of several business options. Each Office 365 subscription includes at least one tablet subscription, which covers Office for iPad.
Office 365 also includes a subscription to OneDrive, Microsoft’s cloud-storage solution, a central repository from which one can withdraw and store documents.
